6-Step Digital Workflow for Booking

1. Booking Submission

  • The process begins when you submit your event details and preferred dates via the portal.

Note: Ensure your event aligns with the "Use of Premises" policy. Prohibited activities (concerts, theater, etc.) shall not be considered.

2. Security Deposit Payment

  • Once submitted, you must pay the refundable security deposit of PKR 1,000,000 (1M) against the generated e-challan.

Purpose: The security deposit is held to cover potential damages or structural losses. Refund is processed online only after post-event clearance.

3. NOC & Verification

  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to obtain the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the ICT Administration (ADCG Office) and upload a scanned copy to the portal.
  • Further processing of the case is subject to the issuance of the NOC and subsequent verification by the CDA official.

4. Booking Fee Payment

  • Once NOC verified, the rental charges are applied as under:
  • Private Sector: PKR 2.5 million/day
  • Public Sector: PKR 2.0 million/day
  • Public Sector: PKR 2.0 million/day
  • Setup / Rehearsal Days: PKR 1.0 million/day

Deadline: Payment must be received within seven (07) days of the initial booking to avoid automatic cancellation.

5. Forwarded to DG Services Office

  • Once all payments and documents are verified, your application is forwarded to the Director General (Services) Office for final administrative oversight.

6. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is officially confirmed only when the status changes to "Approved / Confirmed" on the portal.
Note: The applicant will receive email notifications from CDA at each stage of the process.
